As the Office Manager, you help keep the management team on track and operating at maximum efficiency. By thinking ahead and anticipating the needs of the team members you will be able to enhance the productivity of the entire team. Your extraordinary organizational talents will be put to use ensuring that flights are booking correctly, conferences planned, and products shipped. - Schedule executive calendars
- Book flights, conferences, and travel
- Order office supplies
- Manage courier, shipping and receiving tasks
- Oversee office improvement projects
- Schedule social events
- Produce research and spreadsheets of various topics as directed by management
- Perform daily tasks to keep the office running effectively
- Highly organized and can use software project management systems
- Strong working knowledge of the Google docs, sheets and presentations
- Ability to write clearly
- Warm personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Have a valid driver license
- Experience as an office assistant or in a related field
