Uses include short term rental access such as for Airbnb and Booking.com, to dog walking, facilities management, and building management. We created the category of business call Key Exchange, and have a patented technology that has allowed us to grow to over 50 cities operating 24/7 in 9 languages.
- Provide customer service in a high level assuring customer satisfaction
- Continuous learning on Keycafe processes to achieve fast problem solving
- Working in a team environment and being friendly and flexible with your teammates globally
- Assist remotely with technical issues on our hardware key locker systems
- Manage contractors to help support the customers on the ground in cities all over the world
Prior experience in customer service
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and work till they are done
A self-starter, able to work from home with little supervision, and be accountable to yourself and your team
Technically savvy and able to learn new software quickly
Fluent in English
Fluent in French
Salary commensurate with experience from 3000 LEU per month plus bonuses
